Turned down saturday because I reserved that night 2 weeks in advance as my friends are getting together for my birthday (which is sunday). So I'm meeting them half way considering I told them fri sat and sun were out in the first place.

I wonder if this is going to get worse (the lack of work), just don't need this shit. I'm fit to work 6 days a week and getting low hours, pisses me the fuck off

The agency gets a government grant of around $10,000 per person they recruit and employ, they get as many people in to get the $$$ and dribble out fuck all hours. Everyone else seems to be experiencing the same thing, yet they still keep bringing people through. Frustrating. I hope I get offered a contract by the company itself, even though its nearly $8 an hour less, it will be full time, you make your money doing over time there. Gotta get lucky though.

Pico fuse F2 on the right backplane was toast, and 2 resistors on the driver board were toast, R2L, R2R....2.7ohm 1/4 watt were testing at 500,000 ohms. amp now has offset of -9mv, -11mv. It's all good.....

An explanation of the set up. The DBT to initially charge the 4-35,000 uf caps in the power supply and the 2-15,000uf caps in the chassis. Since this is an outboard power supply I have used the variac to supply the DCP board with 100 volts AC----BAD IDEA...talk about noise!! 60 HZ hum everywhere....the DCP power usually comes off the secondary of the transformer.....gotta try something else here...

Jumped from the Power supply pre BR secondary and ........like a church mouse now.....Joe was right....the power supply is not big enough. It is only 700VA. needs another transformer stacked on top of the first one....BUT......what is there is super clean....standard WOPL WONDERFULNESS!!!!!!!
