I put the IEC plug in this way in the stock chassis. Joes has so much more room to work in.
I put the fuse into the power cord hole and cut out the fuse hole for the plug. It fits. With Joes case it's almost like I must have something out there is to much empty space. Amazing what a 1/4 inch here and there will do.

AC wiring done. I found some nice #14 ,105degree, machine tool wire, just perfect for what we need on the AC side.,..The IEC jack and thermoswitches, AND the transformer terminal strip have holes big enough for #14....

Supposed to be 70 degrees here today. Outside cleaning heatsinks today.....

3 out of the 4 heatsinks went ok, then the 4th.....had to relieve one set of out holes, were into a D drill already...looks like I'll have to slot this one....
