Wiring the backplanes tonight. Had a pretty slack day. Kicked y crews out by 7, did paperwork till 10, then went to the eye doctor for three hours. Came home , took a nap, now back at it.

Not really Glen. Some very good work was done to it. It looks like all of it was preventative in nature. A lot of new wire, very well done. Somebody knew what they were doing.

The chassis repair is first class I would guess it may have been dropped. The wiring looks good enough to reuse but if you are going to do it then then dot right!! "Lee's way"

There is actually #14 for rails and speaks....
I used the following my build

power from caps to fuse and ground wires to DCP #12
output from back plates to DCP #14
feed from fuse block to back plate #16
ground wires#16 and #12
120volt wiring #14
back plate to control board #20
DCP and meter power supply and volume control wires areshielded #20

Lee the #12 is a bit heavy and hard to work with but does look good
the power plug is rated at 15 amp and I have some 10' #14 ac cords from EBay

Yes sir Navo's got good wire stuff and interesting avatar's
I did the #12 as well. Is a good thing the holes are big enough. The next one I do I will drill some holes above the ones that it comes with for the DCP power connection
