that we did ...my current inquiry was not covered in that discussion...i understand how unpopular that model is in this forum...i am looking to replace it...in the meantime...i sure would like to use it...

I use the 4x10 HD for my 4 way active system and think its fantastic..

It is unpopular everywhere Gene, because it is so unreliable and does not sound very pleasing.

The PL200 S2 is a much better sounding amp but is likewise almost as unreliable.

well...probably best to just let it go...and put the money towards another 400 or maybe that 700...
i appreciate the advice joe ..gonna take it ..
