My two cents:

When I’m building up harnesses, I make up lose zip tie rings and feed each wire in, but don’t tighten the ties until everything is in place.

Seems to work well for me. But I haven’t built one of these amps.

i will have to go back through the assembly procedure to find it...
i dont trust that i have all of the wiring there....
i do believe what is there is correct....
any comments or observations is greatly appreciated...

Gene, looking at the photos on a big desktop monitor while typing on the phone.
1. The yellow wires at the top are output wires that eventually feed the speakers jacks. These "fly" across open space between the backplanes and control board and must be kept separate and away from each other and other wires. No zip ties on these, they fly by themselves.
2. Your running the LED board AC wires down under the DC wires. A better way is to run them is up, not down. AC at top, DC at bottom. Check out the photo.
3. Going to post this and look some more at your photos

Gene, the grounds to the DCP (all three) usually run across the bottom.
Coax for the flying yellow output wires? This is a question I have asked Joe. He says leave them flying and yellow, away from the boards and other wires.

That black wire your using for "AC input from transformer" for the DCP should be red if you have the wire, and continue to run across the top of the right backplane, then down to the connection on the DCP.
