phase linear 400

Got back on the big monitor. Out 1, left backplane. Out 1 on right backplane has been unsoldered leaving a clean hole.
Out 1 is the meter signal source. No longer used because your getting your meter signals after the DCP relay with the grey and red wires.

If you look at your PDF for the LED board, I THINK you need 2 meter signals wires, which you have, 2 AC wires which you have and are violet from that terminal strip, and a ground from the star ground.
This is from memory, you'll need to check and verify.
Anyhow that OUT 1 wire comes out, you've replaced it with a wire "further downstream" after the relay at DCP.

Post 2603. That's all for me tonight, then I'll be on phone rest of week on the road working. Hopefully the other guys with a monitor can help you. Hard to see photos well on phone. Later. Got some chores to do, then listen to a short album, then bed.

thank you george...

yes sir...where do you want me to put it....
wait..wait...dont answer that...let me rephrase...
what would be a better position for the ground wire ???
or is it not used on back planes and be connected to driver board??
do i need to remove total wire???

Post 2582, unsolder it for now. If you need it for something else like the LED board, use it there. Night.

I keep an assortment of small length wooden dowels handy for putting a gentle radius on the wires. The wires nest better that way and it adds a neat appearance to the wire dress.

Put a junk fuse in each fuseholder before soldering. It keeps the tip floating and away from the plastic while you are applying soldering iron heat.

Plug an IEC cord into the IEC receptacle when soldering to the solder lugs. Schurter did not use a very high temperature plastic for the housing. This keeps some of the soldering heat from deforming the plastic housing while soldering to the solder lugs.
