Need help to repair two phase 400 amps

Wow these guy's are not easy to check! I wonder if it is worth getting all new because of their age?
 
They are a 40 year old output, with a much less robust "safe-operating-area" than more modern devices...

Does anyone make a higher end replacement? and will 909's be ok to change out? And are the seal pats ok to reuse? I also read that the grease was a better option?

The 66456's are good. The outputs are not shorted. We don't know if they are all good though. You were blowing fuses correct?
 
1 thru 16 open I would like to purchase better outputs.

We're a loooooooooong way from doing that. The old outputs will be sacrificial lambs till we get the board straightened out...
 
Were the fuse burns a simple break in the element, or was the inside of the glass blackened?
