You've inspected, vacuumed, loooked, poked , prodded, made sure the power switch is not touching anything with its terminals?
No when it is...it runs real close to the light board if it's oriented certain ways.....

No, I want you to pull the 4-5 amp rail fuses, hook your meter to the bus bar with negative meter lead and turn the amp on and check plus and minus rail voltage. Do you have mini-grabbers on your test leads?? Post a pic of em...
To catch folks up, we had a fuse holder problem. Powered up fine with rail fuses out. +108DC, and - 108DC for the rails.....This ones gonna be a hottie....Rail fuses are now bck in and with the next power up we are prayin for DC relay clicks
