Jazzy, I agree with you and you views regarding selling on ebay. I always let my buyers know that I received their payments and tell them when I will ship the item. Unfortunately some people march to a different drum and take things a little less seriously. I know you are excited to get the new deck in your hands, but it isn't really worth getting worked up over and it is something outside of your control. Hopefully he gets back to you today and charges you appropriately for shipping and packs the deck safely for it's long trip.

Maybe when you unpack the deck the gal with the yellow bikini pops out to meet you less her top of course.

When do you think it is reasonable to advise PayPal that he is ignoring my eMails and requesting my money back? He STILL didn't respond.I would rather have the deck.
 
Well since you have 45 days to file claim I'd give him a week to respond to your emails an or ship the deck. In his listed he states he will ship within two days. So give him till tomorrow at 11am at least that would be two days. Remeber he might be in jail or got in a car accident so responding might be impossible.

Screw this recalcitrant neophyte seller I filed a dispute against him. He has my money and he doesn't send the Cassette deck?Or answer emails. Well I feel that PayPal will bringing it to a head.If he doesn't provide a tracking # I will get my money back. It's possible that he is in a hospital or jail but I won't sit around and wait for him.

I just got my Tascam122 MarIII back from Sam (Skywave) He put a new head in and rejuvenated the pinch roller,put meter lamps in the Vu Meters. He is a great guy and did a fantastic job.I said to myself who needs this Onkyo problem? So i opened up a dispute with PayPal they will either bring this to conclusion with the shipping or refund my money. They will give the seller 10 days.
 
I Got a Message From the Seller

This is what he says after I contacted the Resolution Center and initiated a Dispute: "Alright, big guy. I'm going to have to send them on Monday as the post office isn't open on Sunday. I apologize for the extra wait - I was just waiting for your funds to clear before I sent the item to you." I Don't understand his explanation as the item clears immediately. The question is would you agree to have it sent? It might arrive broken.

I don't know what CoolIce is. But he says AllRight Big Guy I'm gonna send it Monday I waited for PayPal to clear the funds. That is wrong! PayPal doesn't release the funds to a seller right away.
 
I guess I am obligated to go through with the transaction once i won the auction but I don't like his attitude especially since he is a liar.
