Yes, it's priced to match the description and it's one of those records that play-grade above the looks - really nice. A few people are in line to pickup this one. It's not a Sterling RL but it is a Monarch pressing and has crushing sonics, compares well with the RL pressing. It's a monster LP. I don't see these often and they certainly are in demand - I've sold a few nice ones in the past - so I wanted to share this one in spite of it's grade. Definitely one worth pursuing, good luck with the hunt.
