Last night I was listening to Ugly Kid Joe, and Skid Row. I'm sure some of you would know who they are.
They were playing at a gig here where a mate works, so he dragged me out for the night.
Wow! Talk about loud.
Honestly, I do like my 'loud', but that was borderline out of control.
The sound guy did quite a remarkable job. A little different to how I'd do it, but pretty cool just the same.
Hanging out afterwards with the production and gig management guys after the gig, was the best part tho'. Oh how we reminisced…..
It was a nice change.

Jonny Solinger on vox for Skid Row? Im a big Bas fan, cant really dig Skid Row with Jonny. Sebastian is from Peterborough, where I live. He was arrested here a few years ago for causing a ruckus downtown.

Sounds like it would have been a cool evening none the less. Didnt even know Ugly Kid Joe was still around. Used to like Hate Everything About You.

I always like Ugly Kid Joe. Another band like them that I like even more is Gang Green

Recorded at Sound City, Los Angeles.

I see that your selling this one, if the vinyl was not covered with hairlines, I would have already bought it. Looking for a a CLEAN no hairline copy with a nice gatefold

Whilst no stranger to either of the bands, I must confess I'm not all that familiar with them, but yep, it was pretty cool.
The punters definitely enjoyed it.
I thought some of the guitar playing was pretty damn good.
All very Metal, and pretty solid performances from both bands.
I'm glad I went…..

Yes, it's priced to match the description and it's one of those records that play-grade above the looks - really nice. A few people are in line to pickup this one. It's not a Sterling RL but it is a Monarch pressing and has crushing sonics, compares well with the RL pressing. It's a monster LP. I don't see these often and they certainly are in demand - I've sold a few nice ones in the past - so I wanted to share this one in spite of it's grade. Definitely one worth pursuing, good luck with the hunt.
