what are you listening to?

Moriah - Mirror Man (CD) goodluck ever finding a copy of this anywhere. I am very fortunate to have this disc indeed, some of THE BEST heavyrock from the late 80s very early 90s period. These are dudes I knew fro Rochester when I was going to collecge at RIT

WOPL'd some Satriani before the better half cut me off. :-o

If you could only listen to one track off his latest stuff I would - hands down - point you to this one & only track titled "Lies and Truths".
It's off of 'Unstoppable Momentum'.

Joe switched up his drummer and bass player on this production.

The dude on drums has a great command of flow control on this particular track and he queues Satriani riffin' in nice progressive steps.
There's some spectacular cymbal/high-hat change ups too. I mean like masterful percussionist stuff!
If you check it out on you tube with computer speakers you won't nearly get the deserved impact of what I'm talking about here.
I'm being totally serious when I say, You need some serious gear to do it justice.
Better yet, you need some Big Boy WOPL in a room you gave up on preserving the paint in.

Because paint will peel on this track.
Especially during the middle bridge-lead-riff that simply shreds like only Joe can do!
