I set the Model ONE time machine to 1972 / 1973 and these two classics showed up.
Time for a little Southern Blues / Rock ….. Georgia Peach Music.

……. And the rest is history.
Bought both of these LP’s when they came out. Saw these guys in concert several times,
Twice when Duane was still alive….truly one of my favorite bands.
Playin’ them loud !

If that meter range switch is in the center position, you were not kidding about playing it loud!

Getting into the Red side of the VU meter on a Model ONE will make some serious dB's

Hi Eric,
I have it set to the -20db position, but running Klipsch LaScalas (1 watt = 105db) it is quite impressive !
I have a REL subwoofer in the system and the SPL when in the red is amazing. :D
I could not be more pleased with the Model ONE, dead quiet at idle, between tracks and incredible headroom.
I really enjoyed building this Model ONE, and listening is a real treat every time I play something, whether vinyl, CD or streaming.
My brother calls it the "Wow" machine, because listening will always trigger at least one "Wow" out loud from whoever is listening.
I often utter an expletive or two myself at different passages, it impresses me every day. I have said it many times.....Joe really hit a Home Run
with the Model ONE.
