The Pro 700 with the 2 meg Fuse is jamming as we speak. Pic coming.
That is what I figure Perry. Gene lives in that place that the dirty underwear inspectors have to go through everything that Gene gets shipped to him. (Memories of my many trips through the Manila airport )Trust Joe??? Oh Hell yeah. I suppose when yer off the grid he makes it a lot easier for you to get a build done in a timely fashion if he can get most everything to you at one time.
beautiful...
they have done nothing since thursday....nothing has moved....anyway...That is what I figure Perry. Gene lives in that place that the dirty underwear inspectors have to go through everything that Gene gets shipped to him. (Memories of my many trips through the Manila airport )
PerryI just finished a G1 Control Board (and 1 more to build). This one is going in my 400. It should be done in a few hours. Now I'll clean the G1 AGAIN, and then under the microscope it goes to check that there are no fuck ups. My new 400 is looking bad ass. I'll post pics later. Here is one of the G1. Let me know if you see anything bad, missing, solder balls, and I'll scope it.

That is a great example for others to strive towards. As always Perry does an exemplary job.

A thing of beauty and a joy to behold...
Joe, I'm not used to the layout and the wiring/signal names of the 400. I've only done 1 400 WOPL (well, now 2) and why didn't or couldn't you, kinda match the 700 set up so the signal names were the same??? I can wire a 700 WOPL in no time (after doing a bazillion of them). Maybe it would come to me better if I took a break. The Fused in, Fused out, Unfused in, and unfused out first made me scratch my arse for a moment and my wiring isn't as clean as a 700 WOPL job. I guess with a bit more practice and patience I would get it sooner or later. I reworked many amps because my wiring wasn't up to snuff and once had a meltdown but have done the last 50 amps ALL the same. See, I'm trying to talk myself into pulling some of the wires I routed that I don't like because they cross over other wires instead of laying in line like a box of skettie.....![]()
The 400s lay in there beautifully Perry, easier than the 700s. Lots of pics in my photo sequence on assembling them...

I just downloaded it so I'll look at it later. As I said, I didn't like my lay of the wires so when I cut the zip ties to rearrange, I CUT MY POWER WIRE IN HALF FUC****
So I redid the wires. It's better now. I'm skipping the DCP also to see how it behaves. Thanks Joe.
