There is a Aragon 24K SP Preamp up on Ebay.
Are these in the same league as the Acurus Preamps? Same company built these?

I was looking at an Aragon before finding the Acurus. It seemed to be a decent pre but I never found anyone that actually heard one, I like first hand experience to make a determination.

Contact mondialfan on AK. Kevin's a great guy and knows the Aragon and Acurus gear inside and out. He does mods we don't even think of. Like an external Aragon power supply [IPS] for an Acurus RL11. Kevin knows his stuff!! He told me he's even bought some of Joe's boards for repair on some PL gear.
Honestly the big question is, as we all get older, can we even hear the difference some of these incredible upgrades make to already excellent gear? Frankly, my hearing's not what it used to be. Damnit!!
