ok...modified new ac meter face to reflect watts at 8 ohms..
still need a bit tweaking...but its doable for me...

did some more work on the meter faces...
i will have 2 50v ac meters for the haflers....which are rated at 350 each channel
and i will have 4 40v ac meters for the two wopls....so i can have digital and analog meters....
positive opinions appreciated...

of course you all are!!!!

i started with a program called meter basic...which let me scale it and get the general design...
because i didnt pay the 55 bucks for the pro version....my hands were tied...
i then snipped this and took directly to gimp...
where i cut and pasted and texted my little fingers off....
and here we are...

got the other hafler preamp...got the dh-101 because of its profile .... fit perfectly..
had to clean ... was scratchy and rca connections not solid connections...few hours later...breaking in on mr. bonamassa...happy happy...
waiting on remote control...

Always liked the looks of the DH-101. It's a bit more like the later Dynaco preamps to my eye. IIRC, I never had a Hafler preamp, though I did like my DH-200 power amp. Pretty sure I paired it with my B&K Pro-10 MC preamp but I've had drinks since then. That was the last step before the Counterpoints for the home system, though I used the B&K and a Parasound 750 amp in the system in the photogrpahy studio.

beautiful condition...
i am dog tired...laid more block and hand mixed concrete...i will probably hook it up tomorrow...
if i an still alive...got all ready to go...
been hot here...got up to 84...
but we are working under a higeron tree ...and a constant breeze .... not so bad...im just old...

Sure is, very nice. Gene show us a photo once she's lit up and working.
I find there's just something more authentic and pleasing about FM Stereo over the air versus a internet feed, less fatiguing perhaps.

well...actually i tighten the circumference of the male plugs...so the fit tightly in the older female counterparts!!!
i must however this hack does not produce the desired effect when applied ti humans...

the dipole i built works perfectly...99.5 pegs the signal strength meter...i had to rtfm to get it to function properly...it sounds nice...maria is happy...she can find her spanish music!!!
