What is D4 wired across? If it sits across the relay coil, then you probably want it there. It would be used as a flyback diode in that spot to keep it from smoking the driver transistor. If not that, the guy that made it probably knows :)

Back at the project again
got new DCP boards from Don, thanks again for your great service, and have finished all the wiring.

I am looking for the thread which I read with all the steps to bring this puppy to life, so if anyone can help me please to find it I would be thankful. Want to put some juice to it before putting in the power transistors

Don't throw power to anything with those long screws installed that I see jutting through the standoffs in your picture unless they are insulated with a nylon washer from the heat sink side.

You will not like the results.
