I think those big radial engines violate CAFE standards anyway. Probably emissions as well, they still run leaded fuel on the piston motors.

This baby only fly's on 110 av gas with extra lead. My bother in law said that gas is special order only and costs mega dollars.The engines were increased from the 2200 hp to 2500 hp and are in need of that octaneI think those big radial engines violate CAFE standards anyway. This is an old chassis build. Joe's has a lot more room.It looks like Joe made the most of the space available, as usual...
I put together the DCP board last night.
In Don's instruction he should three diodes d1-d3
On the board there is place for four diodes d2-d5
i have populated d-2,d-3,d-5 as in the photo.
question is does d-4on the other end need one as well?
guidance please anyone.

Well notedC4, C5, R11, R12 are not used when using Joe's backplanes..
My blanks don't have any D4's either, just 1 thru 3....
