Derek92994's 700 Ser II White Oak conversion

I'm willing to track down a DBT or make one if possible, variacs should not be hard to get, I think Jaycar sells them, what do you think?

Ok thank you Joe. I shall report back once I get the variac. During the week we are on opposite time schedules, I can do some stuff but usually have to wait until the weekend to do bulk testing sessions.
 
Until Then the Pioneer will do just fine, I have lots of fun turning it into a hot blow dryer :evil4:

It will certainly support bring up without a large load on the amp but will run out of gas if you want to do anything serious with it in line. You should check with your workplace before you shell out $200

wise move, manager is away but I will ask 2nd in charge. Im already thinking about getting a PL400 just for shits and giggles

Gave up the beer, went onto Scotch and Soda, lost 5kg without even trying. Am walking daily now so that should help more.
I like it super chilled. Why no Ice Joe? I'm guessing you will say drink it straight :evil4:
