You are checkin bias between test point 2 (bias +) and test point 3 (out) correct?

The meters peg for a split second on power up before relay clicks. This does not seem normal?

I measured bias using positive in yellow bias L point and negative on black ground point. Same for right channel

Ok some confusion, i did that all on control board, forgive my memory, could not remember bias checking procedure
