No problem with sharing in my opinion. Good on Steven for being upfront and honest I say.

The rest of the place is ok though, my storage room is semi organised, that's good enough for me.

It WAS...that was several trips to recycle/reuse charities with stuff, installation of much shelving and giving one of two shall shed out back (the landlord's) to a neighbor.

But it's not a JUNKYARD. It's a living room/recording center/computer desk and display area all in one, and I haven't even posted any pictures taken since the 18th.

The whole point of this thread has been to show the progress I've made since I nearly died almost 3 years ago. And I spend relatively little time here or on TH of late, I have a number of things to do otherwise.

If you set the CP for 40 post pages there are only SEVEN pages, Miles.
 
SLEEP factors in there at some point. I'll be done in time for the rescheduled inspection.
 
Because Housing and Urban Development requires one yearly under rental assistance. This is year 31. I've had to pass one every year since I started in 1984. Now do you understand? When I was 18 I hardly had a pot to pee in.

I got the GX-636 moving again...I didn't have the arms engaged properly. It's still going to Nick Danger to fulfill his wish list after I determine that it still records okay. It's kinda embarrassing to me but I do have five other decks...two of them full four channel and one four channel playback/stereo recording. There's not enough room anymore and two are dedicated to a music recording setup already.

I hope Nick enjoys it a lot.

Here! I have half a loveseat and I cleared out a bunch of stuff including papers dating back to 1980 or '82. Half the dumpster is my fault!

But I almost have both bedrooms back and my bike wheels come today so the bike will vamoose to the bike shop for a while.

Did some laundry, cleared out the table where the cats used to shelter, it's clean again...will be replanting grass this month.

Good work steve, good progress pics.
I got a second hand couch. So the 3 lounge chairs had to go upstairs into the audio equipment storage room. Now I can't even walk through that room easily to fetch stuff. So a big clean out has to happen. I'll take some pics if I can make it happen soon, been so lazy lately.
 
Since Navo hasn't noticed I have to add that with only half a loveseat, someone may have to stand making love.
