Another Way to turn your amps on. I made mine like this.
also you can use a "Wireless Remote Control Outlet" I use them all over the place mine is no longer made (8Amps) but this one looks pretty good and is 15amp , watch out for the amp rating and it also could also be used w the relay box, If you buy them as I did single's make sure you them label both ends and make sure you buy extra battery for the remote. (not common bat.)

I got one of these - works great to sequence-on (and off) preamp, fans, peripherals - and finally the amps are plugged into outlets 7&8 which get switched on last, individually - after a short 5 seconds or so delay between each. During shutdown the amps are switched off first - individually and with a 10 second delay between each, and then the other outlets are switched off sequentially.

No thumps, pops, or flying woofers, plus I can use an app on the phone to monitor power quality, remote turn on/off and usage per outlet...if I really had a need to do that. It also provides power filtration and voltage threshold monitoring.

Ah you deserve it for all the shit you talk about how much better a 700b is than a 400. :p Oh, and don't have an amp! I know that ain't right I seen that big ole bad ass Krell you got.
