    Gene Here is a good video, Sorry you need to spend more money lol W the Pioneer and w tons of switches and Pots and using DeoxIT for the pots which only works for 6-monthes and could do damage to the Pots.

    If you look at the left side of the board, the 2-big white resistors are 7.5k so your good their. I would add a Speaker protection board and a Capacitor kit from Joe to start w good luck

    Looks good Gene you should be able to adjust it, did you test the pots before you put them in? Could try the heat gun test and see if it changes the Bias voltage.
