Daren: The Scotch XS II 90 and TDK D60 look appealing.

Nando.
Indeed.

You will have seen the majority of these photos already Nando as they were previously posted on another forum. It is a shame that I don't have most of those cassettes in my possession any longer. They were either used for mix tapes or given away.

Once I have exhausted my current 'library' of photos, I'll take some pictures of the sealed tapes that I have at present.

Hey Daren, here's a shot of all the Sony's currently in my stash. Type I's are especially abundant.

I figured I'd get 2 birds stoned at once, and post the pic here. :laughing9:

Good selection of Sony tapes there Ben.

The UX 90 is tasty. That is a keeper.

If you did have one going spare I'd be interested in a trade. The downside is that my stash of blanks has been greatly reduced in recent months as I have sold quite a few off. The only sealed tapes I have available to let go at the moment are That's TX90s and TDK AR-X 60s.

I have gone from an avid user to a (small) collector in the space of eighteen months!

No worries if the tapes I mentioned are of no interest.

Either of those tapes would work Daren. I do have more than 1 of every type of tape you see, so feel free to let me know what you'd like and we'll work something out.

Never seen any AR-X before.

Edit: The UX-Pro in the pic is some of the best tape ive used.

This is a RAKS SX-60 from 1990, it is precious to me and i have side A recorded with my nephiew's poetries as kids ... :p Side B still not completely recorded, well they grew up in the meanwhile and switched to digital all the way, their uncle still a bit outdated ... :toothy10:

Sep,

The really special cassettes are those that have been used. It is the content that matters most.
You're right Daren, bringging back memories this way give me a special feeling, at that time didn't payed so much attention but now i do, it was the right choice using this tape even if a basic ferric it acts great after all those years... :p
