Bypass the dbt and measure again...

POSITIVE 78.8 IS CLOSEST TO FUSES
NEGATIVE 78.7

IT KEEPS MOVING BY ONE AND TWO TENTHS

That was without the dbt.

3/16ths of an inch. Ya don't need much.
Here's the wiring charts, study them. The top charts are the stock configuration, the bottom is the new White Oak board....

Hello Lee, Yes I have and they seem to be fairly straight forward. But I am sure I will need a little help. Is there anything else I can do?

You'll notice a solid wire going from the input RCA ground plate to the speaker negative posts. That needs to be cut out, and the white wire that went from that same ground plate to the board, eliminate that...
