What We've All Been Waiting For--700 BP boards!!!!!!!!!

These are what I've used to hold the boards in place before the heatsinks are added. I use 2 like you do, he same catty corner pattern. These bushings are deep enough to swallow the boss and being hard rubber have some "Squish".


Nav, the nylon screws faired very well, maybe a little melt on one...

Drilling holes in large masses of copper makes SOOOOOOOOO much sense..... very pretty Joe..
 
And one of the best parts is that the work area is coming back under control from the raging mess when all the wire cutting and prepping was occurring...
 
That's looking sweet Joe. The wiring is immaculate - that is so hard to achieve in many cases. Great work!
