It had been wet and the card had stuck to the label side...took some work but it was worth whatever I paid to whomever.

The Black Sabbath - Paranoid LP was pretty awesome. The music is great. However, I bet the original analog pressings are better. New music is going to be digitally mastered anyway, but old music that is inherently analog, then digitally remastered, then pressed back into an analog format leaves something to be desired. Purpose defeated, fad completed....

I have some remastered LPs. Very nice. I figured if I was going 20.00 for an ok LP why not spend 10.00 more and get something nice.

Good lord I've been buying like 100 either CD's or LP's a year for the last 3 years. Adds up quick.

I get most of my lp's at either garage sales or the flea market, at most $1 a piece sometime $.25, they add up really quickly that way too.

I really don't know how many CDs I buy. Some months 1 and some months a bunch. One month I may buy none and the next month 20. Depends on if I found some new genre of music I like. Then I may soak up some change to buy a few. I still think I'm going to get the MH tubed USB DAC. It is nice to pull the streaming music off the net.
