I call that a much overlooked sleeper tape. Don't recall many discussions about that vintage, but perhaps I missed em.
Every bit as magically deep in recording capability as a Vertex, but at a fraction of the cost. Even today.
And a damned quiet and smooth running shell.
Excellent tape. My Sony's love that formula... need to throw one in the Nak soon.

Well, hell, ya'll done got me interested in those MXs. Went and bought one to see what the fuss is about. Will report back after I get it in here next week. $12 plus $3 shipping; figured it's worth that...
