another one of those killer late 70's purple label Capitol, no initials but likely mastered by Wally or Jay.
Got in late last night after a fun Friday and Saturday down in Portland soaking up NCAA basketball tournament madness with fellow hoopaholics from morning pickup games. Portland is a fun place to walk around although no time for record shopping. Stayed at the downtown Marriott lunch at the food-trucks then walk across the river for the afternoon games. Friday, while watching games in other regions at Buffalo Wild Wings on SW Morrison street, we saw some of the Georgetown team stop in. Josh Smith was not with them - - at 6'10 & 370lbs -- that would have been the end of the food for the day!![]()
The first album is still the one I play the most. I was first introduced to Dire Straits hearing that album.
Nando.
Thanks for asking, Derek. A tough 2 1/2 weeks - my dad's funeral was Friday. For the first time, I spent some time yesterday evening, after work, listening to a few records. I listened to Bob Welch's "The Other One." What a catchy album. I bought it at the thrift store for a buck.

D2, If you have Brothers in Arms in FLAC, I'd take that....
I love this time of year myself...
I like Wisconsin's chances too. Although I don't know if they can keep up with Kentucky...
