what are you listening to?

Was listening to FM classic rock this morning when the Cleveland Browns pregame program came on. Went immediately to albums while cleaning the kitchen and Roomba robots ran.
Wanted to listen to The Walkabouts. Chrome updated and wiped out the old adblocker extensions. Downloaded the new Adblocker Plus. All good now. Amazing how good YouTube sounds through the Schiit Modi 3 DAC. Still using the D30 ThinkStation dual CPU server as the entertainment PC and fiber internet for streaming. So much cleaner and clearer than any LP. I do love my old LPs though.
Going to listen to more "The Walkabouts". Like them a lot. Thanks Gene
 
my schiit dacs and preamps are really clean...i like mine as well...
the pl400s are performing...the wopl is beyond description..the voigts are out for paint.
i only now realize how much they add to the sound...
i was listening to nbr and heard that familiar sublte pops ..was a recording of an lp...as you george...i do miss that ...i remember in younger days listening to my vinyl concentrating on how few pops could be heard...lol...today i miss them...just impractical for me here...i am happy with streaming....
i too like the walkabouts....i downloaded shazam...and when i hear a song that strikes me...i turn on shazam...it is identified...that is how i discovered a lot of new to me music...i like thr autoplay similar music feature!!!

Not yet, still have the 700 on em....and yes The Pig is a 400....got some sexy 700 handles on it....

Lee, thanks, but I've got files I've never even had time to listen to yet. Played Johnny Cash continuously over a 3 day weekend and only got part way. Have many like that I've only sampled various albums.
