what are you listening to?

Watching Santana's 1970 concert at Tanglewood, on YouTube. The band is incredibly good. Excellent film and sound.

Chevalier Avant Garde ......on Sound Cloud. Something different, Montreal based, kind of techno, very electronic. Just time for something different.

Rex Allen "Mister Cowboy" 1959 Decca Records. My Dad had a huge influence on my tastes. He passed his love of old school Country Music and Western movies down to me. I received this record from him when I was in elementary school. Great album of Western tunes. Thanks Dad!

Wendy Carlos....The Well-Tempered Synthesizer
That's an oldie ... my brother had the vinyl way back when. The first time I heard the test tones come from the left and right speakers blew me away as I never knew the two speakers produced sound separately. Hey ... all we had was a mono "record player" back in those days. It was parked next to the 19" B&W TV with rabbit ears !!

I can't seem to find even a digital version of it online, whether searching on "Walter" or "Wendy".

So what's the best way to "share" a few digital files. Simply email them? Wondering if there's a size limit. Can get it done this coming weekend, just need to know best way.

I think guys here host them on external sites and post links. Miles (Miracle Mile) would be a good person to reach out to, as he's quite savvy with such things. Nando also has done a bit with this as I recall.

Scored a copy of the Albert King/SRV album on SACD. Will be here in a couple of days and I can give it a listen. Hope it stands up to my other Albert King albums. Still searching for a reasonably priced SACD of the Super Session...
