The Smoked 400

I had desoldered R76R to check it yesterday and did not resolder one end....

Been busy with the feds and the state getting Marlin Oil shut down and starting Red Tiger Oil and Gas and Oilfield Repair LLC.
We are not sure that the outfit that bought most of our wells will make it. And if they dont the Oil and Gas commission can compel the previous operator to plug the wells. So Marlin had to go away. And that takes alot of paper and time...
Perhaps this weekend. Just a matter of putting it back together now.

That is a sucky situation Lee. I feel for you.

Rest of the outputs in, bias dials right in. D9, D10 soldered back in. 100 ohm resistors between pnp,6,9 pulled and wires soldered back to the board.

It's been awhile. Getting ready for another jam session Lee?

Gonna run a quick freq response and distortion and residual noise sweep, see how the little copper beauty looks..

Yeah, the sub hand that was over the other day picked up a couple pairs of 901's that he wants to light up. So the 400 will go back on the horns and the Perry 700 will go on a seek and destroy on some Bose...

Now THAT would make a fun youtube video! No highs.....No lows................BOOM No Bose!

THD & N , right channel, unweighted, 8 watts out

I would love to see the numbers at rated output (either 200 or 210 watts per channel) (approx 40 volts output) into 8 ohms both channels driven at the same time from 20Hz to 20KHz.
