I just unpacked MY 700B. I'm going to build this one for yours truly. It is in really nice shape with NO MARKS in the face that I can see. Now I just need some guts.

Those are the knobs on the 700B with the WOPL badge. Does take a while to get them. And you'll have to drill them out as they are 6mm shaft.

You may want to look at them again Fred. They look nothing like the other 4 700B's I got setting here. None of mine have knurling on the perimeter of the knob.

Wasn't too worried about that. Not much stock on a WOPL.
At $3.50 hard to go wrong though.
