phase linear 400

I suggest a nut under each of the plastic control board standoffs. Keeps those long screws secure. You also gain 1 nut width of extra spacing away from the backplanes. Should be enough thread left to use a nylon washer and nut after the control board is mounted.
Those long plastic standoffs tend to "relax".

you want wall...nut..standoff...board...nylon washer...nut...did i understand you right??

Yup, secure that long machine screw to the chassis with a nut at the bottom. Makes for a more rigid assembly. All of my long machine screws were fully threaded. Then slightly bend them for fitting the control board, they should be very close. Just a little tweak. Until I did this I found the plastic spacer relaxed and the outermost nuts would not be as tight as originally tightened. This helps.
