phase linear 400

Nicely assembled. Your nuts are on the wrong side :)
Thanks, still have to add the Mica and some heat sinks. and check the the F vs Q components.
After doing it both ways the heat sink , This works the best and is easier to assemble. will order some kep nut.
I was very impressed w all the components being bent which save a lot of time. and the quality of all the components and the board, I order new wire and installing it now On the 400 II, for this one I'm Installing it to the org backplane which I converged to Full and it sound really good , I have made a new sheet for the wiring to the WO board. *** a lot of checking will have to be done ** before power up.
Ok,,,,,,, time to knock on wood LOL

yes sir..
i am paying attention...
I made a bunch of cheat sheets, cuz I'm doing more than one,,,,, but if you want to be a Guinea-pig?
Your good w that Meter ;) and you will use it w my sheets cuz I found some Mistake w my not made check out sheets, Ok,,,,,,, time to knock on wood LOL
I don't like to share until everything works if you know what I mean.

Thats why I recommended to throw those original boards into the ocean. Even if you get them to work, it wont last. They be Junk and shit.
Never had to many problems w it , But going in their to fix something wow that's a different story, as you know.

I bought some of the Kester 951 Liquid Soldering Flux you recommended and I think you need it for these boards to flow all the way in and Thanks for the dual board soldering tips :)

Here is a trick for putting the nuts on the correct side...strip about 3" of the outer insulation jacket off of a 14/3 power cord and use it like this. Screw through the backside of board, heatsink, transistor, internal tooth lockwasher. Spin the nut on using this handy nut holder. They used to make nut holders but I guess not any more.IMG_5409.jpgIMG_5410.jpg

Does not do any good on 18-8 stainless which is what all the hardware in all my kits is.

c'mon man...its a stainless steel magnet...
stainless hardware...nice touch...
nice to see something not built with shortcuts or trying to save pennies here and there...
when its stainless...i put tissue over the nut before putting in the socket...stays put...
