well, styrofoam peanuts seem to be a necessary evil....lol
although, i must admit....the post office system here seems to be much gentler with the packages than the american counterpart...

i think she is called bonnie....not really sure...just something i heard others speak of...
a few years back we had another hurricane....got a few trees and tons of water...we almost never get a lot of hurricane winds because of the mountain ranges....but, occasionally you need to nail your hat to your head...
but, you wont need to water the garden for a while...
i love this time of year....reminds me of the louisiana swamps....
i do miss that...and flying...
time waits for no man....

  • On Thursday evening, Armstrong was captured at a Santa Teresa Beach hostel in Costa Rica, US Marshals said
  • US Marshals have been searching for her across the US, and said she was last seen at Newark's Liberty International on May 18
  • Armstrong is now set to be deported to the US

this is gonna be interesting....the body shop called...
i got a better price on ebay for the window glass new than he could get here used...
so i ordered one...62 bucks free shipping....now all he has to come up with is the front fender....
anyway....
seems last hurricane flooded his shop...and he is moving my truck and his other work to higher ground...
and a neighbor just left...headed home to put his stuff up on blocks....as his home flooded too....
these two people live on the edge of a river near each other....which seems to flood every hurricane...
aint life grand....lol
we just have to make sure our birds sleep inside so they dont get blown into the next province...lol
other than that...we are prepared....
well, maybe not grand...but, certainly interesting....
