Yeah I was referring to What Would Larry Do, then do the opposite. He'd have so many working electronic devices that he'd have to give them away.

Nope. Every thing looks copacetic. It does get hot. I tested the cap on the meter. It was dead on. Will know more in the morning. Take the motor off and put it by itself together and see what happens. If I can start it by turning it by hand then I got a bad Cap. And I will be upset. LOL
