This guy is so right, records listening is a special experience at least for me all the time, i do feel the vinyl touch and the 3D sound coming from 2 speakers and this is more than special, never experienced that with CD's![]()
Waiter.
There is a cassette in my soup...
There is something special about vinyl but I still prefer my compact discs.
Records are nice but they get dusty, worn out and all that surface noise...
And new ones are bloody expensive!
Let us have a break from the kitchen.
Here is a little treat for all you vinyl lovers:

On one of my many trips into Innovative Audio, Gordon, myself, and another patron were talking about music on vinyl and we all shared the same level of enthusiasm for our record collections. I said, "But, sometimes the odd click and pop from playing a record just drives me crazy, no matter how much I clean it." Gordon says succinctly, " Put it this way, Nando: you go to a concert or opera and you are immersed in the pleasure of taking it all in. Somebody coughs - does that mean you leave? Or do you continue to listen and enjoy the moment?
Good story.
As I get older, I find myself concentrating more on the music and less on the quality of the sound.....

Saves me a LOT of work in finishing my last mix for you.....![]()
Miles: I don't believe there's a mix out there recorded by you for any of us that you didn't put your heart into. I got the humour, but I know you well enough to know the difference. Besides, Mediocre Miles isn't a title that fits you.
Nando.
Any news in this "Three Musketeer" thread? ..

Good idea! No carton audio on this place....![]()
