It is a guess Lee. This is how it is done on the wafer switch so figure it is similar on this switch. Be careful with that switch Lee. As you know they are unobtainium...

It appears another guess is in order. Did not change a thing. Still reads 0db on the left, -20 db on the right.

It's a double pole/single throw. Can't make it do what it CANNOT do.In the 0db position, no continuity anywhere, in the -20db position, continuity between separate contacts to another set, isolated without the bus bar.Really, all it is a shunt to ground through a 22K resistor, take it back to 0db and it removes the 22k from the equation. I opened the switch up and no chance to make it behave differently.

Agreed Joe. You're right on the wafers Joe, they can be reversed . Where do we find new wafers?

In keeping in the spirit of full disclosure the 300 was sent back for a poorly soldered (with his head hung low in disgrace) wire on the newly installed relay. Yep, it was my bad.

Joe, while the 300 is captive again, anything I should do to those pesky LF-351's????

Trying to recall where we left that off Lee. It was late one night.

I think it was about bypassing the C6 equivalent cap and bypassing the LF 356 socket to see if that tamed down the OPA 134 performance IIRC.

Yep, bypassing C6, and yes it was late at night. I'll leave the 351's in. Bypass C6 with what?

C102 with either a 10nF or 100nF capacitor. Bypass the LF356 socket on the back side of the board between pin 4 and pin 7. We were going to see if this made any difference in the stability of the OPA134.

Did you socket the op amp position Lee?
