If it is way high you will get noise. You bias low and you lose power. You play a little with it. Not much. Being that high those tubes wouldn't have lasted long.

They are putting the LED now. They put my tubes in and biased them. He says they sound good. I'm happy about that. To bias them you have to buy their meter. 100.00 smackers

They will be cherry when they get back. I will bias every week till I don't have to adjust. Then I will check it every month.

Never complete there are some other upgrades that can be done. They wanted 600.00 to do them. Change some caps and new RCAs and speaker connectors.. I sat here and chuckled and said no thank you.

So Larry Bought some tube amps for 2K and then put another 6 bills into them. I hope they sound great, if not send em to me with that Yammie 2K.

Well in essence I have 2 Cary Mono-blocs that are new for less than 3000.00 I can live with that. Web you would cry about the shipping to you. LOL They arrived today.They are setting beside the Vandies. Can't say it didn't take some wind out of my sails. LOL Now the wait to hear them. Wish my floor guy would get here. I'm not moving things 10 times though.

The 2K does sound good. Wish I could find another one. LOL I haven't been to the bay in about a month. That is usually a regular place for me to sit. I have been listening to the guitar tapes.

Lee it isn't easy not opening them up and listening. If my floor guy wasn't so good and a friend I would hire someone else. He doesn't even charge me a 1.00 a sq. foot. So I can wait.
