Carver C-500 upgrade to WOPL

This is my first control board I got from Joe. It has 13 and 15.5 milli Volts for the DC offset

I think I will leave it alone at that although below 10 would have been nice. Seams that it always was a tad high
 
At least I can see the screen shot of the AP and know what you were doing!!

The only way you can get it lower is to match Q1,Q2....13 and 15 ain't bad....
 
Depends on what you were trying to do. Were the 22 to 22KHZ settings weighted?
 
Glen, I think the "Average" setting means no weighting.....


Just checked mine, "Unweighted, Weighted and Average" are the 3 options there....

Yes Lee the average reading is almost the same as the unweighted. I have no printer set up yet so did not do curve.

You can still do the sweep, it'll be saved on the display and you can move the cursor along the sweep to highlite the values....

i have been away from the amp stuff for serveral months so need to study up on the AP again. Something to do soon I guess.

I have listened to the amp all day. It sounds just like the 700.

Here re is the on off button I added between the volume pots
