Breaking news...Ammon Bundy reported in custody, militants fail to appear in John Day

Plain simple David Fry suffers from a very bad mental disorder, nothing more, nothing less, his so called
[h=1]Gender Dysphoria is in his sick twisted mind!! Fuck him![/h]
How dare he call out the LGBTQ community, we don't want or need him, maybe Catyln Jennings will listen to his shit, but this man (me) aint buying what he's selling!!

Trials for the occupiers begin in the next month, that is a correction, and it is looking likely that Ryan Bundy's request to represent himself will be rescinded following behaviors that seem to be driving the judge who had initially granted it a bit mad.

She believes that Ryan has basically made a mockery of his privileges by repeatedly making frivolous motions and generally exhibiting little evidence that he knows what he is even doing and is actually harming his own defense attempts with his antics.

All of the other defendants are represented by their own attorneys now.

In my opinion Ryan is the last to realize he is truly screwed and that he's full of it and in denial to the point that he just found baby Moses.

OPB will have coverage of the trial proceedings and other related news at opb.org/burns

The government is blowing it, things are getting interesting...

http://www.opb.org/news/series/burn...anna-brown-facebook-evidence-in-refuge-trial/

Judge Anna Brown is getting a bit frustrated with the pre-trial proceedings and one wonders if the whole thing will simply fall apart.

Facebook gave the prosecution information well outside that asked for in the warrant and she has had to move to suppress it all as evidence. The question arises as to if other sources are as problematic.

So stay tuned to the news about the Bundy Bunch, the Bundy kids might win the talent show.

The trial started yesterday...

Ammon Bundy's lawyers are going to, be in deep doodoo and out of pasta and wine money if they keep trying to crossexamine witnesses about Lavoy Finnicum, contempt of court thrown at them, according to Judge Brown.

If you are gonna hire counsel, at least find some that isn't as harebrained as you are if you are trying to avoid prison food.

The presecution rested yesterday, now the defense team begins.

Judge Brown dismissed a weapons charge today against Shawna Cox, lack of evidence to support the charges. The prosecution admitted as much.

I believe that if I were to go back a ways in this thread that you may have expressed a hunch that something like that would happen, Lee.

Correction, this is only a two page thread and it was probably ME, see http://forums.phxaudiotape.com/show...ar-in-John-Day?p=188269&viewfull=1#post188269

After they dropped weapons charges for four other defendants in exchange for plea bargains, who is to say that there won't be some appeals?

Yeah, some fall apart justice already.

Nope, that's worse apparently but he sure is talking a lot. Half of it sweet talking maybe.

We're just normal folks with guns...

And this is also just in...

IT'S OVER...ALL SEVEN AQUITTED.

http://www.bbc.com/news/world-us-canada-37795012

OPB had a possible verdict coming soon but the BBC has more up on the story up than OPB right now.

It was apparent to some this morning with the first acquittal that the rest would probably be acquitted as well.

Juror number 11 was replaced yesterday for reasons of bias and the jury was instructed to deliberate anew. The short period before the verdict seems as if that juror was an obvious barrier to a final decision and the complaint against that juror by the jury served to end that.

So now it's a big mess. It also probably affects other things (like North Dakota) somehow but it's not exactly good for either side.

now they just need to charge, arrest, and convict those feds who murdered clivan bundy

Cliven is Ryan and Ammon's father. He lead the first incident in Nevada...you mean LaVoy Finnicum.

Following up ahead of the second trial...four defendants are expected to enter guilty pleas ahead for the trial, 3 of them Andersons. Dylan pleaded guilty to a trespassing charge in exchange for the other charges against him being dropped and received a year of probation. Sean and Sandra Anderson and Darryl Thorn are set to appear later.

26 people were charged originally, one person was killed during a gun battle when they were apprehended. Of those 26, seven were acquitted, eleven others pleaded guilty and charges were dropped against another.

As you said back then, Lee, not sure it amounted to a hill of beans (either way).

Some verdicts are in:

I'm going to try and wrap it up by basically agreeing with Lee's early observations that none of this would really go right for the prosecution, it should have been shut down as early as possible and that, in the end, the main Cowboys didn't suffer much except for LaVoy of course (he was bent on it) and the flunkies took the fall.

Yep. That's all folks.

LINK GONE.
