That's what my Daddy used to say. He had Champagne tastes with a beer budget so that didn't get realized much. But when he could he did...his golf clubs come to mind....

Yep, he had used throwaways for years then finally got him some good stuff.....life was better for the family all the way around...

I traded a lot of clubs around and finally settled in on Ben Hogan forged blades as the irons I like the most. I am hooked on Callaway woods as I can produce the draw that I want with them.
