So, we're down In Phoenix with the grandkids. They have a selection of earbuds, wireless and otherwise in the 20 to 50 dollar range. I was surprised how good they sound. Been listening to Rush's podcasts. Pretty damn nice without commercials. So......are the hi dollar earbuds that much better?

Survived the DBT test. Straight to the wall ....bias was way high, in the high 400's, offset -22mv left, -18mv right. Bias adjusted to the lower limit on the left gives 405 , on the right 357. Original backplanes, Rev D board. Afterr 5 minutes or so the relay clicks and full positive rail...
