Print out the BOM , install in the order on the BOM, cross off the components as you solder them in. Small stuff first..

I'm the current owner of ole Cathy and I killed the meters, requiring the skill of Lee to resuscitate them. Glad to see here back in the hands of her second creator (after Cathy that is)! Everytime she heads West she comes back better...........

How are you going to make them work? Doesn't seem like there's much that can be done. except maybe cleaning the movement.

I believe the problem is on the light board. If not I have some Ser I meters Ed gave me years ago..
