Not sure you really want that chopped up VFD AC running into a turntable motor anyway that is near to a very sensitive pickup

    Transistor circuit help needed

It appears that each resistor is spanned by the B-E junction of T302 or T402 depending on the channel. That B-E junction could be what is measuring 800 ohms on the good channel. Since the B-E junction is polarity sensitive, have you measured the resistor, in circuit, using both polarity...

    PL400 power transformer inrush current

Nope. No issue...you already have the 50A rectifier if you have the White Oak snubber installed.

This bus replaces 2-12AWG cross connection copper wires to form the original bus bar concept. This bus bar equals 6.5 of those wires instead of just 2. That 6.5 factor is after taking into account the slight conductivity drop from using aluminum instead of copper. Copper is very expensive...

The White Oak Audio Model 1 Cabbage Case Thread

My opinion is there should be a U-shaped corrugated wrap around the heat sinks in the rear to provide a load spreader for those fins. Else they will just cut into the foam on that side under shock in that direction. The corrugated spines should be oriented length-wise in the direction of the...

Do you have them in backwards? Backwards caps will behave as you describe

Connect one bulk cap at a time and figure out which is bringing things down.

Next, disconnect both leads from the bridge to the bulk caps and tape off. This leaves the transformer and bridge. Report back after DBT testing

    Uncle

Did you start by removing all wires from both bulk caps, reconnecting ONLY the 2 wires that come from the bridge to the bulk caps, taping off the other ones and then reporting back DBT results. This cluster of parts represents the basic Power Supply. If you take things one step at a time...

Not sure of that Eric I don't see enough support for 8 heatsink fins in the back, have no idea why it does not support both entire sides rather than 2 small pads and the front has very little support. Area is your friend when you have broad support surfaces.
