The gain of 400s, 700s (with pots maxed), Model ONEs (also with pots maxed or bypassed) is IDENTICAL. The only difference is the max power each can produce before clipping
Very, very lucky...part of my mech design group at work was responsible for packaging. So I know just by looking at packaging whether it stands a chance of working or not. That original attempt was a no go.
