    Handbags at noon

NOBODY is banned on TH!...but there is a member (or perhaps two), who has gotten his head examined and found to be not ideal.

    M300 Gauge Clone

Oh, yes...I should have mentioned they are "clones". Don't know, if Radiofan is here as well.

    M300 Gauge Clone

I guess all the gauges should be of somewhat equal dimensions down the line, the compact casette being a standard. Perhaps going with wider tolerances (comparing different manufacturers) would make production easier...probably not. Comparison Willy Herman's WHS-300 to a ABEX THG-801...

    M300 Gauge Clone

Nope, it was @radiofan. Actually I just renamed three files in my post, which I titled falsly, to give him credit. I attached them here for the ones not frequenting TH.

    M300 Gauge Clone

Here's what appears to be original IT M300 specs - slightly different (because of the Philips cassette revision status it was made to?) to them stated in Audio magazine (whole article/product info attached).

    Optical phono cartridge!

Jim, the name is a bit deceiving. The optical portion refers to the system replacing moving magnets/coils. It still plows through the record with a stylus.

Damn Mouse Pointer keeps flying around

Yeah, tell me about it! I have an old Compaq Presario laptop with Win10 PRO and the newest touchpad driver limits its functionality. I googled that shit too...ad nauseam. Finally I discovered the Windows-updates-show-hide tool to block unwanted updates. You can check it out:

    Funny pictures...

A good one!...although Lo-Fi at best. Everyone knows that gold purity and frequency go hand in hand. So, I'll wait for 24K(Hz) ones...might even clean the tape path of my cassette deck with them - sure wish I'd own a Nakamichi 1000 ZXL Limited in gold to complement them.
