Tried several, along with different mice in all 3 usb ports. It's working now after the touchpad and touchscreen disable. I googled that shit.
I noticed that on some Windows 10 laptops, touchpad is always on by default and you can't directly disable it by the Fn combination key.
There's a checkbox hidden in some obscure parameters that says something like "disable touchpad when external pointing device is detected".
Sometimes on Windows 7 the last mouse driver doesn't work right, lots of fun on trying to find an older driver with a crazy mouse.
