Back when my first 1801 blew up I used to rent amps from a music center in town. Typically for long weekends parties etc.. They messed up one weekend and ran out of AP800's so they gave me a Yorkville AP4040.....4000 watts. Thing was retarded. Trip the breaker on our shop panel. Would have to fire up all the equipment while the breaker was off then throw the breaker to power up

That sounds like it was FUN, just the thought of the potential power on tap is awesome

This case reminds me of one I have but mine may be a bit smaller. Mine does not have the piano hinge either. The entire top (or bottom depending on how you are looking at it) comes off.

What is gonna be the protocol for getting this to the next person inline?

Try it out down this way sometime. Many folks think it's all sand down here but it's just dirt and dust and nothing to stop it when the wind blows (which is most days)

Yes Jason that's the beast. Not as high wattage as some, just shy of 500 per. 492-495 .
